These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

How the Services Work

Only hospitality professionals are eligible to purchase subscriptions. For customers who make reservations, our services are free of charge.

Our services enable you to browse, discover, and book establishments in various locations worldwide. We offer two types of subscriptions exclusively for professionals:

Complete customization of the professional page
Automatic sending of notifications reminding the date and time of the reservation

Proactive prevention to minimize absences
Additional guarantee, reinforcing the reliability of the process

Strategic highlighting on our platform
Placement at the top of the lists (search bar, home page, city…)
Strategic placement ("recommended for you", "heart stroke"…)

You can find more details about our subscriptions and their prices on our website or app. The prices are exclusive of taxes, which will be added at the checkout.

How to Use the Services

To use the Services, you need to create an account with us and provide some information about yourself and your restaurant, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, cuisine, and availability. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, complete, and up to date. You are also responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your account or password with anyone else, or to use someone else's account without their permission. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

By creating an account with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any content, information, or materials that you upload, post, or otherwise provide to us through the Services, such as your logo, images, description, and menu ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to grant us this license and that your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. You also agree that your User Content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe that your User Content violates these Terms, our policies, or any applicable law.

How to Make and Manage Reservations

When you use the Services, you can receive reservation requests from customers who want to dine at your restaurant. You can accept, reject, or modify these requests according to your availability and preferences. You can also suggest alternative time slots to the customers if the requested ones are not available. You agree to respond to reservation requests in a timely and professional manner, and to honor confirmed reservations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of The World Keys or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

The World Keys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the site. You will be notified of changes through notifications on the Site. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France. The World Keys operates globally, and while these terms are governed by French law, users from different jurisdictions may have additional rights under their local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.
